Please read carefully before booking. All appointments are subject to the following policies. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Booking Policies • All new clients must book the “New Client Facial.” If a different service is booked, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit refunded. • Returning clients who haven’t been seen in 5 months or more are also required to book the “New Client Facial.” This ensures I can properly reassess your skin and update your treatment plan. • No extra guests allowed. To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, please attend your appointment alone. • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. As a solo esthetician, I may be with another client or preparing the space for your service. • Running Late? A 10-minute grace period is allowed. However, this grace period is included in your scheduled time — late arrivals will have that time deducted from their service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to avoid overlapping with the next client. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, it is considered a last-minute cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. • All deposits are non-refundable. • All card payments are subject to a 2.5% processing fee at checkout. Card payments and cash are accepted.
